Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) in this long-term care facility provides individualized nursing care using the nursing process to residents. You will collaborate with residents and families and the interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care.

May serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff while maintaining safety and standards. Minnesota RN licensure, with BSN preferred, is required; Good Samaritan–Bethany offers comprehensive benefits and a $10,000

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff as needed.
