Job summary

The long term care (LTC) Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan – Bethany provides nursing care using the full nursing process to residents in Brainerd, MN. You will collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary teams to plan, implement and evaluate care in a Christian senior living setting.

You may serve as charge nurse, supervise staff, and support ongoing education. A MN RN license and a BSN are preferred; full and part-time roles with generous benefits and a sign-on bonus are

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current MN RN license; multistate license acceptable if applicable.
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the full nursing process.
• Coordinate care, assess residents, and educate residents and families.
• Serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff as appropriate.
