Good Samaritan - Bethany in Brainerd, Minnesota, is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized nursing care using the full nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care, ensuring high-quality outcomes across all care phases.

The role requires an active MN RN license with the ability to provide care for residents in all age groups.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota (or multi-state license if NLC).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
