Good Samaritan is a not-for-profit organization providing housing and services to seniors in a Christian environment. The RN cares for residents using the nursing process and collaborates with the care team to plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care.

The role may serve as charge nurse and delegate duties to licensed and unlicensed staff. Minnesota RN licensure and ongoing competency are required to ensure safe, quality care across all resident needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license; multistate licensure may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary teams.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment and education.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff.
