Job summary

Good Samaritan is a not-for-profit organization with over 100 years of housing and services for seniors in a Christian environment. The Bloomfield facility (GSS NE Bloomfield) seeks an experienced RN to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process, coordinating with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires an active RN license, with shift 12 hours at night, part-time schedule (24 hours weekly).

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff.
