Job summary

Good Samaritan is hiring an RN for night shift in a not-for-profit senior care facility. The role requires active RN licensure, a nursing degree, and coordination with an inter-disciplinary team to deliver individualized resident care. The facility offers a generous benefits package and a sign-on bonus of $30,000.

You will participate in shift rotations, including every other weekend and holiday, and may serve as charge nurse as needed, ensuring high-quality nursing practice and resident safety.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required at time of hire.
• Bachelor°s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE, ACEN or NLN CNEA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process across all care phases.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident education and various nursing interventions.
