Job summary

Good Samaritan is a not-for-profit provider of senior care with a century of service. The RN on the night shift will use the nursing process to deliver individualized care and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to meet residents' needs.

A bachelor’s in nursing is preferred, with licensed RN status in good standing. We offer a robust benefits package and a shift rotation including every other weekend, with additional differential for nights.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required at time of hire.
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE, ACEN, and NLN CNEA.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized resident care.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, conduct resident assessment and education, and delegate tasks as appropriate.
