Job summary

Good Samaritan Pipestone is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized care using the nursing process across residents in a Christian, not-for-profit setting. The role emphasizes collaboration with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care.

The RN will coordinate care, assess residents, and educate on care plans, with possible charge nurse duties and delegation to licensed or unlicensed personnel as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license where practice occurs.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary teams.
• Coordinate care, assess residents and education needs.
• Assist and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff as appropriate.
