You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, support discharge planning, and ensure safety and quality in every patient interaction.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, patient education, and continuous improvement within a 36-hour weekly night-shift schedule on a modern unit.

Qualifications

• Completes assessments per scope of practice and unit standards.
• Addresses physical, psychological, social, cultural and spiritual needs.
• Plans care with education and discharge planning.
• Delivers direct patient care including treatments and medications.
• Evaluates and revises care plans based on patient response.
• Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary team.
• Troubleshoots equipment and maintains safety.
• Participates in evidence-based practice decisions.
• Contributes to unit and system quality metrics.
• Engages in patient safety and quality education programs.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document patient needs and plan of care with family involvement.
