Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, IL is seeking a registered nurse for the Respiratory Intermediate Care Unit. This full-time night shift (7pm-7am) involves 12-hour rotations, with weekends and holidays on a rotating basis, in a 25-bed unit providing telemetry and ventilator-supported care.

Requirements include a nursing program completion, an active RN license in the state, BLS, ACLS within 6 months, and at least 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience.

Qualificações

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• RN license issued by the state.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• Requires 1 year minimum of Medical/Surgical nursing experience.
• Vent experience highly desired.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care for Respiratory Intermediate Care Unit patients.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic nursing care following standards, policies and procedures.
• Lead in clinical decision making and ensure patient safety across shifts.
