Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Respiratory Intermediate Care Unit. This full-time position rotates 12-hour night shifts (7pm–7am) with weekends and holidays as required.

The 25-bed unit cares for telemetry patients with medical, surgical, or cardiac issues, including ventilator support. Applicants must have an accredited nursing program, IL RN license, BLS and ACLS within 6 months of hire, and at least 1 year of Medical/Surgical nursing

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire and BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using nursing process.
• Lead efforts to create a safe patient environment and positive experience across care continuum.
