Pasadena Villa- The Grove in Locust Grove, VA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shift care in a residential psychiatric treatment setting. The RN will perform comprehensive nursing assessments, document patient status, administer medications, and coordinate medical services within the treatment team.

Must hold an RN license in Virginia and have experience in behavioral health; a valid driver’s license and background checks are required.

Competenze

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school and hold a current RN license within the state of Virginia.
• Previous experience in a behavioral healthcare setting strongly preferred.

Mansioni

• Provides a comprehensive nursing assessment identifying client’s medical needs, capabilities, and limitations.
• Records and transcribes physician orders, conducts STAT orders immediately.
• Coordinates health/medical services and medications with physicians and pharmacy/lab vendors.
• Administers medications according to physician orders and MAR.
• Maintains security of controlled medications and ensures accurate documentation.
