Job summary

Vibra Healthcare, LLC. The Meadows Skilled Nursing is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team for 11pm-7am shifts. This on-site role focuses on delivering quality patient care on the unit, following the nursing process and collaborating with RNs.

Requirements include a current LPN/LVN license in the state of employment and a Vibra-approved BLS certification. Preferred candidates have 1 year of clinical experience and general knowledge of regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse in the state of employment required.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for clinical functions on the unit, including all aspects of resident care incorporating the nursing process in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act.
• The staff LPN/LVN shall ensure that the unit to which assigned shall function in a smooth, organized, and efficient manner as directed by the Registered Nurse.
