Job summary

You will note and carry out physician orders, assess discharge planning needs, and work with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care. Minimum RN licensure in Wisconsin and BLS required; a nursing diploma from an accredited program is expected.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Wisconsin required
• BLS Provider within 1 month of hire required
• Diploma from accredited nursing program or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans; communicate patient condition
• Coordinate care across disciplines for well-coordinated patient care
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders
