American Traveler is hiring a night-shift RN for a 32-bed Progressive Care Unit in Kentucky. The role requires a KY or compact RN license and BLS/ACLS certification, with ADN/ASN required and BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted KY or compact RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• ADN or ASN required, BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for a 32-bed progressive care unit with telemetry and continuous heart monitoring.
• Maintain 4-5:1 nurse-to-patient ratio and perform comprehensive patient assessments.
• Titrate cardiac drips and monitor BiPAP as part of patient care.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges with case management.
• Collaborate with an interprofessional care team to plan individualized treatments.
• Participate in unit-based quality improvement activities and core measures.
