Job summary

WellSpan Health is seeking an experienced RN to provide professional nursing care in a patient- and family-centered model. You will act as a primary nurse on the unit, coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams and ensuring safe handoffs and accurate documentation.

The role requires active RN licensure, BLS at minimum, and experience in vascular access. A focus on evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development is emphasized within a collaborative hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the United States
• BLS certification required
• Vascular access experience preferred
• Ultrasound training preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with the nursing process and hospital standards.
• Safely administer prescribed treatments and medications based on assessment and plan of care.
• Document patient responses and progress using flow sheets and electronic medical records.
• Coordinate care planning with interdisciplinary teams and family members.
• Lead and delegate tasks to the nursing team to meet patient needs and safety goals.
