Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Labor & Delivery Team at Winchester Hospital. This 30 hour/week night position includes weekend and holiday rotations.

The RN will perform assessments, administer treatments, collaborate with physicians, and educate patients and their loved ones to optimize outcomes. Qualifications include graduation from an approved RN program, MA RN license, and preferred BSN.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required.
• Preferred: BSN strongly encouraged.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient.
• Support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes.
