Job summary

OhioHealth seeks a skilled Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery to join the Perinatal Support Unit for night shift. The role provides general nursing care across the continuum of care in a 24/7 operation and requires leadership within a multidisciplinary team.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, RN licensure in Ohio, and NCC C-EFM certification; 5–10 years of Labor & Delivery experience strongly preferred. 36 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• RN licensure in the state of Ohio required.
• C-EFM certification preferred or required as noted.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - perform initial and ongoing health status assessments.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - document planned nursing interventions.
• Implementation/Evaluation - monitor and revise care plans with the team.
• Leadership - participate in process improvements for quality and efficiency.
• Operations - support 24/7 service delivery in a high reliability organization.
