Job summary

OhioHealth in Columbus, OH is seeking a registered nurse with Labor and Delivery experience to provide comprehensive nursing care across the continuum in a 24/7 Perinatal unit. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, collaborating with physicians and the care team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of RN experience in Labor & Delivery, a Bachelor’s in Nursing, and C-EFM certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• C-EFM certification and NCC RN licensure in Ohio.
• 5-10 years RN experience in Labor & Delivery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Lead and participate in multidisciplinary care to improve clinical quality and safety.
• Document care plans and interventions, ensuring adherence to hospital policies.
• Support unit operations and maintain high reliability and patient safety standards.
• Work in a 24/7 Perinatal Care environment as part of the team.
