Job summary

Atrium Health's Carolinas Medical Center is seeking an experienced RN for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). You will provide and coordinate patient care, monitor high-acuity patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and positive outcomes.

Requirements include an accredited nursing program, RN licensure in the state, and BLS certification. The role is full-time, on-site with a 7:00 PM–7:00 AM schedule and weekend/holiday rotations.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program and RN licensure.
• Minimum 6 months RN experience; inpatient preferred.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Ability to manage complex monitoring and high acuity patients.
• Eligible to work in the state of licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and quality care.
