Job summary

Advocate Health’s Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte is seeking an experienced RN for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) on nights. You will provide comprehensive patient care, monitor high-acuity patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality of care.

This is a full-time role (36 hours per week) with a sign-on bonus for eligible applicants, plus weekend/holiday rotations and benefits.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license current in the state of practice.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• At least 6 months of RN experience; new graduates not eligible.
• 1 year inpatient RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with the healthcare team to ensure safety and quality.
