Job summary

MultiCare Covington Medical Center in Covington, WA, is seeking a Staff RN for our hospital-based team. This 0.9 FTE night shift position offers 12-hour shifts with alternating weekends, and the chance to deliver high-quality nursing care in a multidisciplinary setting.

You will organize patient care, apply the nursing process per hospital policies, collaborate with colleagues to improve quality and experience, and advocate for ethical care across diverse patient populations.

Qualifications

• Current WA RN license or MLS
• BLS certification required
• BSN preferred or higher

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating
• Use nursing process per hospital policies, procedures and protocols
• Collaborate with nursing team to improve quality of care and patient experience
