Job summary

Banner North Colorado Medical Center is seeking a registered nurse for Labor & Delivery. This night shift position supports a 10-bed unit with ~130 births per month in Greeley, Colorado. We offer tuition assistance, cross-training opportunities, and 100% certification support.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural and discharge planning needs.
• Formulate and revise the plan of care with patient/family and health team input.
• Implement the plan of care and supervise activities of the health care team.
• Evaluate patient and family responses and adjust care and teaching as needed.
• Document assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in the patient record.
