Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting required.
• RN license required (state licensure or compact)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required; ACLS/PALS preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with physicians and the healthcare team to achieve outcomes.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Assist in procedures within competency; respond to emergencies (CPR/code team).
• Document care and educate patients and families; ensure infection control.
