Job summary

North Okaloosa Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for Stepdown/PCU with a full-time night shift (1800–0600). A $15,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified RN candidates.

The ideal candidate has 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience and active RN licensure. You will provide patient-centered care, administer medications, monitor patients on telemetry and ventilators, and collaborate with the healthcare team to plan and adjust care.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with active state license.
• 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience required.
• Experience in stepdown/PCU or acute care preferred.

Responsibilities
