Job summary

AdventHealth in Greenwood Village, CO seeks a Registered Nurse with LDRP experience to assess patients, develop and adjust care plans, and coordinate treatment with the healthcare team. You will administer medications, monitor reactions, and educate patients and families to promote understanding and adherence.

Applicants should have an Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred) and at least 2 years of LDRP experience. A sign-on bonus and relocation allowance are available.

2+ years of LDRP experience required.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
Develop and implement individualized care plans, regularly evaluating and revising them.
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and monitor for adverse reactions.
Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
Coordinate care with medical staff and other departments for safe, effective care.
