Job summary

AdventHealth Castle Rock is seeking a StaffFlex RN LDRP for night shift on a 13-week contract. You will deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient group within the labor/delivery unit and supervise daily clinical activities.

Requirements include 2 years in an acute hospital setting, RN license, BLS, ACLS and PALS; an Associate degree (Bachelor's preferred). Benefits include flexible contracts, direct AdventHealth assignments, premium pay, and potential conversion to permanent staff.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English (read, verbal and written skills).
• 2 years of nursing experience in an acute hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide delivery of coordinated nursing care for a patient or group within a unit, and supervise day-to-day clinical activities.
• Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff using professional and supervisory judgment.
• Apply nursing assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in patient care delivery.
