• Performs continuous patient assessment and communicates changes for timely clinical decisions.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
• Promotes effective working relations and collaborates with the unit to meet goals and objectives.
• Maintains required licensure, certifications, education, and competencies; pursues professional growth.
