The role requires Florida RN licensure (or eligibility for compact state), BLS certification at hire, and ACLS within six months. A technical diploma or an associates degree is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Florida RN license or eligible compact state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Assess, identify, and prioritize patient and family needs; communicate plan of care with the team.
• Safely administer medications and treatments; document patient responses and follow safety policies.
• Conduct continuous patient assessments; report changes to the care team for timely decisions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
• Collaborate with department to meet goals and ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain licensure, certifications, and required education; pursue ongoing professional development.
