Qualifications

• Registered Nurse Licensed in the State of Florida or eligible compact state upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patient and family needs for quality care.
• Develop and communicate a care plan in collaboration with patients.
• Implement medical plan of care and necessary nursing interventions.
• Evaluate problems, care, and patient responses for care quality.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of nursing care provided.
