• Demonstrates proficiency to implement medical plan of care and nursing interventions.
• Evaluates care outcomes and adjusts plan to meet patient/family needs.
• Maintains up-to-date documentation of nursing care for accurate healthcare team communication.
• Performs duties in emergency/critical care as defined by scope of service, addressing patient age group.
• Maintains current knowledge, certifications, and licensure.
