Job summary
AdventHealth Denver is seeking a Registered Nurse for the night shift to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a busy hospital environment.
The role requires an active RN license, BLS, and ADN/BSN with preference for acute care experience. You will assess patients, plan and implement care, administer medications, educate families, and document meticulously while collaborating with the care team to achieve optimal outcomes.
Qualifications
- RN with active license and BLS certification.
- Experience in acute care setting preferred.
- Knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, and social factors.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans and revise as needed.
- Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
- Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
