Job summary

Intermountain Health St Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, Montana is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for night shift to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care using the nursing process and evidence-based practice.

You will coordinate with the health team, supervise LPNs/CNAs, develop individualized plans, document thoroughly and follow hospital and regulatory guidelines in a fast-paced, team-oriented Med/Surg/Ortho unit.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• ASN/ADN degree; BSN must be completed within four years of hire unless 15+ years RN experience.
• Current RN license in the state of practice; BLS-HCP certification on hire or within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize, and address patients' psychological and physical needs.
• Foster quality of care with the best interests of patients and their families in mind.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and/or CNAs; participate in clinical team conferences.
• Follow hospital, regulatory and professional guidelines, policies and procedures.
