Job summary

Intermountain Health's St Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, MT is seeking a Registered Nurse for the night shift on a 36-hour weekly schedule. The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, coordinating with the health care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• A Registered Nurse with an ASN/ADN degree must complete a BSN degree within four (4) years from the Registered Nurse’s hire date unless the RN has at least 15 years of proven RN experience in an acute care setting.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice is required.
• Current American Heart Association BLS-HCP certification upon hire or within 60 days of hire (ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate for unit).

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize, and address patients' psychological and physical needs.
• Foster quality of care with the best interests of patients and their families in mind.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and/or CNAs and participate in clinical team conferences.
• Follow hospital, regulatory and professional guidelines, policies and procedures.
