Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• An ASN/ADN holder must complete a BSN within four years from date of hire unless 15+ years RN experience in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize, and address patients' psychological and physical needs.
• Foster quality of care with patients' and families' best interests in mind.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines.
