Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in Pompton Plains, New Jersey, is seeking a Full Time RN or LPN for night shifts on a rotating two-week schedule from 11pm to 7:30am. RN compensation up to $48/hr plus $2/hr shift differential; LPN up to $41.59/hr plus $2/hr shift differential, based on experience.

Join a patient-centered team delivering routine and wellness care within onsite medical services across assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing.

Qualificações

• Must have an active RN license in the state they will practice.
• Minimum of 6 months experience as an RN.
• A passion for caring for seniors.
• Experience with an electronic medical record is preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop relationships with residents and families, supporting physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Perform all clinical duties in accordance with the nurse practice act and standards of care.
• Promote resident independence by setting care goals and educating residents and families.
• Monitor resident conditions and act on changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care team to provide routine nursing care to assigned residents.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and administer medications per orders.
• Coordinate a holistic care plan with the interdisciplinary team.
• Document care plans and updates in the EMR promptly.
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
