Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in Pompton Plains, New Jersey, is seeking a Full Time RN or LPN for night shifts (11pm–7:30am) on a 2-week rotating schedule. RN pay up to $48/hr plus $2 shift differential; LPN up to $41.59/hr plus $2 shift differential, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state they will practice.
• Minimum of 6 months RN experience.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families using a consistent caregiver approach.
• Perform all clinical duties per state nurse practice act and nursing standards.
• Promote resident independence by setting care goals and teaching residents/families.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care team to deliver routine nursing care for assigned residents.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and administer medications per orders.
• Coordinate a holistic care plan with interdisciplinary team.
• Document up-to-date care in the resident's EMR.
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.

Education

RN license in state of practice
