Job summary

OhioHealth's Marion General Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care within the Observation Unit 1. This full-time night shift role (7p-7a) supports a 36-hour work week and includes eligibility for weekend/shift differentials.

The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for diverse patient populations across the continuum, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to maintain safety and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio or in good standing with a multi-state compact.
• BLS certification is required.
• BSN is required at 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Perform initial and ongoing health status assessments.
• Document planned nursing interventions to meet patient needs.
• Revise care plans with multidisciplinary team based on evaluative data.
• Participate in process improvement to enhance quality and safety.
