Covenant Living is seeking a Nurse Manager, RN for the night shift (11:00 PM–7:30 AM) in Skilled Nursing. You will supervise nursing staff, ensure quality care, and coordinate with leadership to meet regulatory standards.

Requirements include an RN license, a nursing degree, and at least two years of nursing and supervisory experience. A comprehensive benefits package is offered to full‑time employees.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Must be currently licensed as an RN in the state.
• 2 years nursing experience.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise professional and non‑professional nursing staff.
• Make rounds to ensure quality of care, resident satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage the overall functioning of the building for the assigned shift.
• Explain nursing policies and procedures and assist staff with training.
• Participate in evaluation, discipline, and motivation of staff with the DON.
• Communicate with the DON/administration about observations and needs.
• Provide explanations of nursing care to residents and families.
• Administer direct and/or emergency care when necessary.
• Respond to residents' emergency needs and coordinate EMS when required.
• Assign work areas and relocate staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Assist in orientation of new nursing personnel and reinforce standards.
• Ensure maintenance of nursing units and equipment and report needs.
