Covenant Living at the Holmstad in Batavia, IL is seeking a Nurse Manager, RN for the night shift (11:00 PM–7:30 AM) to oversee skilled nursing and memory care units. The role focuses on supervising nursing staff, ensuring quality care, and coordinating with leadership for regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an approved nursing program, licensed in Illinois, with at least 2 years of nursing and supervisory experience, joining a faith-based community with strong team

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Must be currently licensed as an RN in Illinois.
• 2 years nursing experience.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise professional and non-professional nursing staff.
• Ensure quality of care by rounds and resident satisfaction.
• Manage building operations for assigned shift.
• Explain nursing policies to staff and provide training.
• Coordinate with Director of Nursing and administration.
• Provide nursing care explanations to residents and families.
• Administer direct and emergency care when necessary.
• Handle special projects and staff assignments.
• Assist orientation of new nursing personnel.
• Maintain safety and sanitation of units and equipment.
• Communicate with other departments to coordinate care.
