Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Neuro Spine Unit on the Night shift in Columbus, Ohio. The RN provides general nursing care to patients and families across the continuum of care in a 24/7/365 health system.

Qualifications

• BLS certification (American Heart Association) is required.
• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or in good standing with a multi-state compact state.
• BSN required at 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis – performs initial and ongoing health status assessment.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning – documents planned nursing interventions.
• Implementation/Evaluation – evaluates response and revises plan with the team.
• Leadership – participates in process improvement activities for quality and safety.
• Operations – supports daily unit operations and safety standards.
