Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care as part of the nursing process.
• Document interventions and outcomes; revise care plan with the multidisciplinary team.
• Lead and participate in process improvements for safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with licensed staff and UAPs under Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
• Provide care across diverse acute settings; participate in 24/7 unit operations.
• Support department policies and nursing care standards.
