Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or a multi-state compact license.
• BSN required after 5 years of employment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Document planned interventions based on diagnoses and patient needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to revise care plans as needed.
• Lead process improvement to achieve clinical quality and safety targets.
• Provide continuous nursing care and ensure safety and efficiency in duties.
• Support department operations as part of a High Reliability Organization.
