Job summary

Community Health Network, Inc. in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Care Unit on the night shift (7pm–7:30am).

The RN will care for patients with acute neurological needs, including stroke and post-surgical patients, and support a high-quality, patient-centered team environment. The role requires collaboration with neurologists and nursing staff, strong communication skills, and the ability to monitor patients using advanced neuro care technology.

Qualifications

• Graduate of nursing program and eligible for RN licensure in Indiana (NLC).
• BSN preferred.
• Two years Med/Surg nursing experience preferred.
• Computer skills for documentation and work-related purposes required.
• Demonstrates accountability and problem-solving; strong customer service mindset.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-focused care for neuro patients, including stroke and post-surgery cases.
• Collaborate with neurologists and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Perform frequent assessments and monitoring using advanced neuro care technology.
• Document patient data accurately and communicate changes to the care team.
