Job summary

Community Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Surgical Progressive Care unit in Indianapolis. You will care for post-surgical patients, especially after open heart and vascular procedures, in a high-energy, learning-focused environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration, compassionate patient care, and excellence in cardiovascular nursing. Indiana RN license and 2+ years of acute care experience are preferred; EPIC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN, CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA accredited nursing program, or three years of related professional nursing experience.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with Indiana state license (NLC).
• At least 2 years of acute care experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent team skills.
• Compassionate and caring.

• Self-directed.
• EPIC experience is a plus.
