Baptist Health Floyd is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 2D Neuro Unit. This full-time night shift (7pm-7am) offers self-scheduling and a competitive benefits package with sign-on bonus eligibility for experienced applicants.

The unit specializes in adult neuroscience care in a certified center with stroke expertise. Qualifications include Indiana RN license, BLS, ACLS within 6 months, and NIHSS within 10 weeks of hire.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana or compact state RN license.
• BLS for healthcare provider required.
• ACLS for Healthcare provider required (obtained within 6 months of hire).
• NIHSS certification required (obtained within 10 weeks of hire).

Responsibilities

• Direct comprehensive nursing care for patients from admission to discharge.
• Collaborate with on-shift team, patients, families, and coworkers to meet needs.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
