Job summary

You will support patients, families, and significant others with individualized care. Reporting to Nurse Managers within the Wellstar Shared Governance Model, you will apply the Professional Practice Model and evidence-based standards to optimize outcomes and advocate for voice of the patient within the clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma; BSN preferred.
• RN license in Georgia; BLS certification.
• Minimum 5 years RN experience in direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process with evidence-based practice to individualize care.
• Deliver patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team.
• Participate in performance improvement and documentation.
