Novant Health is seeking a Night Shift Registered Nurse for the Medicine II Innovation Unit at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC. The role is full-time (36 hours per week) with a focus on patient-centered care in a technologically evolving clinical setting.

You will provide comprehensive nursing care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and participate in rotating weekends and holidays without on-call obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required or equivalent; RN licensure in current state.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse medical-surgical patient population.
• Assess, prioritize, and coordinate care across a broad range of diagnoses.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support safe, high-quality outcomes.
• Use evolving technology and clinical tools to support patient care and nursing workflows.
• Participate in rotating weekends and holidays with no on-call requirement.
