Job summary

Novant Health New Hanover Medical Center in Wilmington, NC seeks a compassionate Nocturnist Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider to join a growing team of 40 physicians and 9 APPs caring for patients under inpatient physicians. The ideal candidate will have admissions experience and be flexible for weekend and night shifts (11 hours).

The position may also require periodic shifts at Novant Health Pender Memorial Hospital.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Graduate of NCCPA-accredited PA program or NP/post-Master's NP program.
• Current PA or NP license in appropriate state; NCCPA or state nursing board registry; BLS; DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight inpatient care and respond to codes.
• Inpatient hospitalist care and cross-coverage.
