Northern Nevada Medical Center, a 124-bed acute care hospital in Sparks, Nevada, is seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse for a per diem night shift on the Medical/Telemetry Unit. You will provide safe, compassionate care in a patient-centered environment, focusing on quality and accessibility.

The role requires Nevada RN licensure, BLS and ACLS, with 1 year FT or 3 years PT acute care experience. Join a team dedicated to service excellence and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN approved RN program.
• Current Nevada nursing license.
• Current BLS certificate.
• Current ACLS certificate.
• One year full time or three years part time experience in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Involves the patient and family psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, population specific, and diversity needs in care assessment.
• Constructs and implements the plan of care using nursing knowledge and skill. Integrates direct and indirect patient care activities related to the diagnosis and co-morbidities.
• Coordinates the implementation of the interdisciplinary plan of care for assigned patients. Develops goals, treatment plans, and discharge plans that meet individual patient/family needs.
